Sculptra^® Aesthetic  

Sculptra ^® Aesthetic  is the newest facial injectable treatment indicated for the correction of shallow to deep nasolabial folds, contour deficiencies and other appropriate facial wrinkles and furrows. Collagen beneath the skin is a key element that provides volume and gives shape to your face. Most injectables can fill these wrinkles, lines and folds, but Sculptra^® Aesthetic works differently by actually replacing lost collagen and providing structure that lets your new look emerge discreetly. As collagen is replaced, it provides a foundation that gradually restores the look of fullness by correcting your problem areas.

Sculptra^® Aesthetic contains poly-L-lactic acid, or PLLA. It is biocompatible, which means it will not harm your body. PLLA has been used for many years in dissolvable stitches and medical implants and has been used cosmetically in Europe since 1999.

An average number of treatment sessions consist of 1 – 3 over a few months. The sessions are timely spaced, allowing Sculptra ^® Aesthetic to work its magic and giving Dr. Blasik the ability to customize and fine tune your follow up treatments if needed. This gradual correction can help provide a smoother and more refined appearance that can last up to 2 years.
